Contingency Placement 

Contingency Placement offers our Clients the flexibility to pay for those Candidates they choose to hire from The Austin Agency.   We will perform all work related to Candidate search and when a Candidate is presented to the Client, they can rest assured the Candidate has been thoroughly screened and is highly qualified.  If the Candidate succeeds in achieving approval from a member of The Austin Agency team, they have run the gauntlet.

Contract Placement

The Austin Agency will conduct Contract Placements either on the Clients site or from our office.  Our Team will provide you with a dedicated Recruiter who will aggressively dedicate 100% of their time to filling only your positions.  

Placement Re-Engineering

The Austin Agency will assess your current recruiting processes and will identify critical improvements in process, staffing, training and costs.  The Austin Agency will propose appropriate changes and improvements.  In addition, we will outline your ROI.  We will work with your staff to implement changes and provide training for any process enhancements made.
